M/s: FRESH CATCH EXPORTS, a venture of AKM-H Group with an object to continue engagement in the Exports of Chilled and Frozen Seafood and Aquaculture Products from its factory to the global markets.

Fresh Catch products has a compact and state of art factory with facilities for processing & Freezing 50 Metric tons of Fresh Chilled & Raw Frozen products in forms of BLOCK FROZEN, BLAST FROZEN, S-IQF, combined with an in-house laboratory and about 400 metric tons cold storage with European Union approval number 903.

The factory is strategically located in the plot no: 14,15 , A.P.I.I.C Industrial Park, Autonagar, Kakinada , East Godavari District , Andhra Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh State is blessed with 974 KMS coastal line, over 280 fish landing centers and about 32,000 country craft and mechanized boats are operating within this state. Andhra Pradesh state is also the largest producer of Farm raised Aquaculture Shrimps & Fresh Water Fishes, about 70% of farm raised shrimp production in India contributed by the state itself.

Fresh Catch Exports earns location-wise advantages of Andhra Pradesh which includes nearness of largest Landing centre “KAKINADA FISHING HARBOUR” and Aquaculture farms in East & West Godavari District.

Fresh Catch Exports employs about 200 people directly and 500 people indirectly. Indian aquaculture shrimp is very promising and has grown six-and-a-half times in the last two decades, with freshwater aquaculture contributing 95% of the total aquaculture production. Frozen shrimp plays a significant role in India's export earnings, while frozen fish is the major export item.

Demand for seafood products from India for fresh, frozen fishery and aquaculture products to USA, Europe, Japan, Vietnam, Iran, Tunisia, Korea, Taiwan, China and Middle East is increasing year by year.
